DURING PRE-SALE ORDERS...
Shipping for pre-sales will be contingent on manufacturing times. Typically takes 6 weeks after our launch date for parts to be made. Then we assemble and ship as fast as our small crew can handle. We'll keep you in the loop as each step is completed.
Orders are normally processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. Shipping takes an average of 7-14 days.
Your order will ship via a large truck from a contracted freight carrier.
RECOMMENDED: If delivery is to a business address, the freight company assumes normal business hours and delivery will happen between 8-5 pm Monday-Friday.
NOTE: Make sure to inspect freight for any damage, indicate superficial damage to carton on delivery receipt and/or refuse shipment altogether if damage to product is visible.

RAPID TOPPER RETURN POLICY:
We want to be sure you’re as happy with your RAPID TOPPER products as we are. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, you can return your order within 30 days of your purchase. Processing fees and return directions outlined below.
For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies— please contact the dealer directly for more information. We do not offer returns on items purchased outside of rapidtopper.com.
Returns for any RAPID TOPPER product purchased from rapidtopper.com must be made within 30 days of receiving the shipment for the return to be received and validated.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
